Gain an extensive education, knowledge and skills in decision making and problem solving of OSH issues with this Master programme.
This programme allows students to develop analytical, communication and writing skills as they complete their dissertation in their field of study. The successful completion of the programme enables the candidates to cope with the rapid globalisation as OSH professionals in cross-disciplinary areas (ergonomics, industrial hygiene, OSH management systems, occupational health) and OSH research.
Candidates who are willing can also be registered with IOSH UK and graduate as an IOSH member.
Course Description:
The Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management programme at UoC is a two-year course that prepares student’s development in analytical, communication and writing skills with the requirement of a dissertation in their field of study.
SUMMARISED ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
▶️ Bachelor’s Degree Level (Degree in relevant field)
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent, as accepted by the Malaysian government and the University;
OR
A bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent with a CGPA between 2.00 to 2.50, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment.
▶️Equivalent entries (Certificate)
A bachelor’s degree in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the University and with 3 years relevant working experience, subject to a rigorous internal assessment.
▶️Equivalent entries (Bachelor’s Degree Level)
A bachelor’s degree in non-related fields with a minimum of 2.00 as accepted by the University and without relevant working experience, subject to passing prerequisite courses.
