SUMMARISED ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :

▶️ SPM/SPMV
Pass with minimum 5 credits in the following
subjects:
• Bahasa Malaysia
• Science subjects:
• Biology or Chemistry; OR
• Physics with a pass in Biology; OR
• General Science
• Mathematics or Additional Mathematics
• 2 (two) other subjects
 AND pass in English

▶️ STPM
Pass with Grade C (GPA 2.00) in one subject, AND minimum of 3 credits in the following
subjects:

• Science Subjects:
Biology or Chemistry; OR
Physics with a pass
in Biology; OR

• General Science
• Mathematics or Additional Mathematics

_or any other relevant qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government acceptable to the University_

Prerequisites Requirement

Medical Status – Students must be certified medically fit by a registered medical practitioner recognised by the University and free from:

• Mental illness
• Physical and sensory disability
• HIV-AIDS
• Hepatitis B and C
• Epilepsy
• Drug addiction and substance abuse
• Any other medical condition certified unfit

CAREER IMPACT

Career Prospects

• Graduates from this course will be eligible to obtain employment as Medical Assistants or Assistant Medical Officers (AMO) in Public Hospitals and Private Medical Centers and are recognised by the Medical Assistant Board, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
